Ads & Vendor Pricing
We create and distribute a free program booklet at our event that outlines the show categories as well as our vendors who will be present.
The booklet is our way of including individuals who have purchased advertisements and who have helped contribute to the event.
To make all of this possible we are taking advertisements from local businesses. If you wish to purchase an advertisement, please complete a form and return the information by March 28, 2023.

Vendor Booths are 10 feet x 10 feet wide
Cost includes 2 chairs
One unit $30 or Two units $50
Table Rental $5 each
All vendors need to be set up prior to the beginning of the show at 10:00 am on Friday. Vendors will be able to set up their displays on Thursday, June 15 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and on Friday, June 16 from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. The hours of the show are from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Friday and Saturday. Vendors may begin to dismantle their booths after the show closes at 6:00 pm on Saturday.
Vendors will be selected on a "first come" basis. Please remit the fee with the enclosed application which includes the fee schedule. No refunds will be made after May 15 if you cannot attend the event. Please make the check payable to Patchwork Quilters.
