Booklet Advertisements 2024
We create and distribute a free program booklet at our event that outlines the show categories and the vendors who will be present.
The booklet is our way of including individuals who have purchased advertisements and have helped contribute to the event.
To make all of this possible we are taking advertisements from local businesses. If you wish to purchase an ad, please complete a form and return the information by April 30, 2024.
Book Cover is printed in color.
Outside back page $250, Inside back cover $200.

Vendor Booths 2024
Vendor Booths are 10 feet x 10 feet wide
Cost includes 2 chairs
One unit $30 or Two units $50
Table Rental $5 each
All vendors must be set up
before the show opening at 10:00 am on Friday.
Setup Times:
Thursday, June 13: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday, June 14: 8:00 am - 10:00 am
Show Hours:
Friday, June 14: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Saturday, June 15: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
Dismantling:
Begins after the show closes at 6:00 pm on Saturday.
Selection & Payment:
Vendors are selected on a first-come, first-served basis.
Submit the fee with your application (fee schedule included).
No refunds after May 15 for cancellations.
